Tmark City Hotel Kanazawa

What a great hotel! Such nice people work there, the room was so nice and we had a really great view on the 10th floor even though we basically booked the cheapest room. We booked a twin room with two single beds and were so happy we could push them together. The pajamas provided gave it an extra warm welcoming feeling and the room had a nice little sitting area where we enjoyed our complimentary coffee in the morning. Really great place!

Entirely smoke-free property, although there was some smoking outside the front door and in the street because of adjacent clubs. But no smoke at all inside the property. Standard small Japanese hotel room but well laid out and felt huge compared with the Akihabara hotel we had come from. Comfortable beds, good shower, clean, fresh looking decor. We didn't have breakfast, but the breakfast area looked very compact and crowded. One washing machine and it works. Arrived there via number 9 bus, which requires taking Ng a paper ticket and paying cash (bus stop is directly opposite the hotel). The left and right circle buses also stop there and take the Suica and similar. Kanazawa though is very walkable, especially to the gardens, museum and castle, so we didn't use the bus much.

Clean and comfy rooms. The only draw back the pillows were a bit uncomfortable Shower was the best I've ever had so powerful. With gorgeous scented shampoo conditioner and body bath. Aircon ,heaters for it being cold. Tea/coffee machine. Slippers, gown, tv and small fridge . Very polite staff happy to help. Breakfast was a buffet style hot and cold with lots to choose from very nice.

Such a lovely hotel! Everything about it was excellent. Rooms were extremely comfortable, had everything you might need and bathroom was fantastic too. Room had loads of space too which was great. Hotel was very safe. The cleaning and front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Located in an area within walking distance of the local tourist attractions and had plenty stores nearby too. The nespresso coffee pods were a lovely touch a great start to the day. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, definitely a 10/10!

Good location about 25 mins from the station or 10 minutes by bus. Close to restaurants and attractions such as the samurai district and parks. We slept very well. Clean, had a coffee machine, kettle and there were branded pyjamas available. Air conditioned rooms too and they let us keep luggage there after we checked out
